I was talking with a lawyer friend of mine.
We were discussing the law and women's rights.
She told me about this incident

a young girl was raped by a man posing as a plain clothes officer; he asked her to come to the police station when she and her male friend didn't have a driver's license to show.

He sent the boy off to get his license and asked the girl to accompany him to the police station. Took her instead to an isolated area where the horrendous crime was committed.

In fact, the law clearly states that between 6 pm and 6 am, a woman has the right to REFUSE to go to the Police Station, even if an arrest warrant has been issued against her...

It is a procedural issue that a woman can be arrested between 6 pm and 6 am, ONLY if she is arrested by a woman officer and taken to an ALL WOMEN police station. And if she is arrested by a male officer, it has to be proven that a woman officer was on duty at the time of arrest.

It is good for us to know our rights. To what extent it comes of use remains to be seen in any situation. But as they say, knowledge is power. Just thought I'd share this with you. I did not know this and am sure lot of us will not know this- please be informed..... And pass on this info to whom all you know.......

Well well..Having kinda great midterm break of mine..Went to pd for a camp..So the story end up like tat.Gather at campus at 845 and whack it's too early for me as i just came back to melaka.NVM,wait for other people to arrive till 10.Damn,1 and a half hour doing nothin over there.Lastly sleep in the bus till i reach pd.At first i thought i'm staying in a nice apartment beside the beach wit air-cond and very nice place to have bath...

What a day.i waited for the bus for around 1 and a half hour and the so called express bus "CEPAT"....Should change to "LAMBAT EXPRESS"..SIGH!!!!It takes around 5 hour and on that day i went to penang.Damn tiring but kinda fun there.Everybody getting ready into it and guess what.My mom was busy packing up stuff and is like she is moving to penang..hahha...

Wow...Final is around the corner.Hell time pass so fast.Before final there are still a trip to FAMOSA organize by voices..Actually the 1st plan is to go PD..But some parents was like TSUNAMI la weih..Potong steam onli..Some stuff about what world chinese debate..i ain't know sh*t about what chinese debate weih..ahahahaha.."KENA TIPU MASUK PUNYA"...loolzzzzz...so as usual we were ask to gather at round about at 1130 and beside that we still have to pay for RM30...Imagine it,RM30 for nothing..Lolz..Bored to death + bugget..Have to say thank you to my sister jennie for her apartment and get a night free stay there la.If not the fees is not RM30 i think.Things getting expensive in famosa...

But......BUGGET la...haihz...so end up with biscuit+restaurant is hell far..So the next issue is about car.Without car,my life kinda bored.No place to go and just stick in this taman.Damn,sometimes had to rent car if "terpaksa" la or because of something urgent,well i'm not going to beg on people and ask them please la borrow me your car la weih please la..If you are saying that i'm studying for 2 years in melacca is ok wert.But i'm studying for 5 years.During my bro in UNI,my dad let him drive to cyber,i bet my bro know how's life without a car in UNI..haha...During my sis in UNI,my jie foo borrow her a car.But now during my time.APA PUN TADAK.BASIKAL SAJA ADA.What i don't understand is my dad told me that student must act like a student.Yea,student must act like a student but sometimes look on the other side..Having a car does not mean it will causes effect on studies.melacca......Where else i still can go.But luckily still got PTPTN..haha..i'm not going to buy car since i got car back in my hometown.well,try to get full loan since the address written on my melacca add.1stly,take motor license and then buy myself a super bike perhaps.HAIHZ...I never enjoy my UNI life at all...............................

Yesterday night was a nightmare.At first just having a normal drinks at jaya.Suddenly wai hai aka wei hoe plan to have beer..OK OK..Here's the conversation "Hey wanna go for beer"..."Drink at jusco geh park la"..."Or go to famosa for beer weih"...as for me "drink at my house weih"..these are the conversation between 4 of us..Kiet,eugene,wei hoe and of course me..So wei hoe bought some beer and you all know,we headed to jusco.So when in the car,go genting lo chee pek.Ya allah,joking only right.go lo go lo...So that pek pek wei hoe passed jusco,passed zoo,passed all the U-turn junction.Holy shit,we are heading genting and my mind was blank along the way.You all CRAZY weih.luckily tomorrow got 2 hour class only.Waliao..

wokay wokay...I'm back to blog.now i'm alone in the house.neh..Another boring weekend..Today i had a great day with the girl i like.wow..we watch movie and went for dinner...actually for swimming la..Just tat cuaca tak baik so mbmb ask us to go back and we head for dinner..What a great day..i enjoy every minute and second with her.But what to do???Orang tadak kasi chance..When i reach my house..I went out and find kiat for talk.He told me that something not goin well in the house...lolz...I can feel it too.but what to do..1stly lets talk bout the 3rd room..i had been friend with him since secondary.I like our friendship and suddenly thing gone wrong.We use to share secret and stuff and becasue of minor thing become like that.House modem.everybody is like share together la so can online.But when wana pindah, all ask me for money back.come on la...Share wert.I never earn anything also.Why i must give back the money and take the modem?.Last time when ask them is like they agree to share wert.It was like>>>>>
